Primed all other rudder components.


  Riveted spar, lower rib, and plate nuts with reinforcement doublers.

  Riveted upper rib to counter bracket, and installed counterweight. Don't Worry the counterweight is slightly oversized, so shaving some from the forward end is required to fit.


  And here is the left skin clecoed.


  And the right skin, trailing edge doubler as well as lower fairing attach bracket's clecoed.
